Meet your Captain
Captain Ari is a true example of a saltwater sportsman! His entire life has been spent in or on the water from fishing, spearfishing, surfing, and wakeboarding. Spending so much time on the water gives him the uncanny ability to understand why things happen which translates perfectly to fishing! Being able to pattern so many different species gives captain Ari the consistency you need!
Ari has fished many waters for many different species. Between monster cobia in Virginia, wahoo in Haiti, and bone fish in the Bahamas there is nothing that beats fishing at home! Coastal Alabama offers some of the most exciting fishing in the world! Our diversity will keep you on the fish no matter the conditions or time of year! From inshore fishing for bull redfish and sheepshead to hitting the gulf for our coveted red snapper we can meet your needs! Ari’s personal favorite fishing style is light tackle snapper fishing. Nothing beats the hand to hand combat feeling of an old mean snapper giving you all you can handle!
Don’t let Captain Ari’s young looks fool you! Very few have spent as much time as Ari studying these waters. If you want a captain that will sit there silently the whole day this is not the charter for you! Captain Ari takes the entertainment side of what we offer very seriously! Really great fishing trip. We had 6 people and 3 were first timers. Ari was great! Very laid back and knowledgeable. We booked 6 hours offshore, but couldn’t get that far out due to a storm, thankful he was in the know. He took us to multiple spots and we were able to catch fish and have a great time! We were a group of 5 who booked hoping to catch snapper, but the weather wasn’t cooperative. Ari improvised and put us on a variety of fish including a 30 lb king mackerel. He worked the entire time trying to get some snapper, but it just wasn’t the day for it. We ended the day catching a 5.5 foot spinner shark. The captain was great. We can’t wait to come back and use tight line charters again.
